SACRED CITY
Sacred City is brewed with the finest heirloom German malted barley and a touch of malted wheat and undergoes an intensive step mash before being judiciously hopped in the kettle with German Spalter Select. It is fermented relatively cold with our preferred Kolsch yeast and lagered until proper maturation and carbonation through head pressure is achieved. Brewed for your enjoyment!

Recurring Dreams is an exploratory IPA series in which we utilize new hops, as well as hop products, in conjunction with our preferred brewing methods. This American IPA features Citra Incognito, a hop extract designed specifically for whirlpool use, Hop Revolution grown Riwaka, and Freestyle Hops Rakau Subzero Hop Kief™, which is a solventless hop extract designed for dry hopping.
